Design Producer, Event Film Creative

The Event Film Creative Producer facilitates the creative development of corporate product announcement films in partnership with various teams across the company. This person will work cross-functionally across the organization maintaining work flow, leading internal creative shares and be responsible for creating and following production schedules.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years creative producer or project management experience at a creatively driven event or ad agency, design firm, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience partnering with creatives to manage creative deliverables including both the development and production processes
- Ability to drive workflows, creative shares and schedules across multiple partners and departments
- Experience producing video, experiential, or live event deliverables
- Detail oriented, highly organized and capable of solving complex problems
- Able to establish rapport to drive results at all levels and across departments in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Demonstrates the ability to quickly respond to new information or direction, adapt seamlessly to change, and navigate ambiguity to identify the best path forward
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Keynote or similar presentation software, as well as well-versed in spreadsheet software such as Numbers
Description:
In this role you will be supporting the creative development of product announcement films. You will help the creative team manage the calendar and internal review process. The role requires you to work cross-functionally across Apple to ensure that deliverables are clearly defined and align with the overall strategy.
- Support creative development against milestones and lead creative shares with partners
- Coordinate with other teams and departments during the pre-production and production process of product announcement films
- Serve as main liaison for video production and other teams focused on production logistics
- Manage the flow of critical content-related information to internal functional teams and external departments as needed
- Accountable for developing a calendar, taking and distributing meeting notes, email follow ups, and support film shoots as needed
- Strong technical and leadership skills, highly collaborative
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
