Job Summary
Marcom is a Global Marketing Communications group. We oversee all of advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications.
In this role, you will work with a team of designers, writers, and technologists to articulate the user experience (UX) for customers across a multitude of digital touch points, including, social media platforms, and digital signage.

- You have extensive experience with content strategy and platform design, from large-scale marketing sites to transactional commerce sites.
- You have excellent web and app design experience.
- You understand the requirements of the creative process, including typical time and resources needed to produce extraordinary work.
- You are proficient in web and app development technologies.
- You are fluent in analytics, usability tests, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative feedback.
Description
- Provide UX guidance within the team, specifically for Store app, social media platforms, and digital signage.
- Present work to internal teams and leaders at Marcom, clearly articulating design rationale.
- Produce clear UX documentation for marketing sites, transactional flows, and app experiences, including sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Iterate rapidly as ideas emerge and priorities change.
- Bring ideas to the table and collaborate effectively with copywriters, art directors, developers, and cross-functional teams to develop clear proposals for UX solutions.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree with multidisciplinary educational backgrounds such as psychology, com- puter science, information sciences, commerce and business library science, human-computer interaction, or another related discipline is preferred.
Your UX documents include sitemaps, flows, and wireframes. Your portfolio shows applied knowledge of usability, user-centered design, and content strategy and a strong capacity for both logical and creative thinking. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
