Our creative and technical Post-Production team seeks a Post-Production Assistant to support the creation of Immersive videos. This role will collaborate with the Post-Production team as a support staff member for the Post Producers, Editorial, Online, VFX, and Finishing Department.

Description

In a fast-paced post-production environment, you will be provided with comprehensive knowledge of the post-production workflow and the functions of each department. You will be assigned tasks supporting the post-production team to complete projects from conception to delivery by assisting in administrative tasks, workstation setup, managing file transfers, vendor communication, quality control, and project delivery. You will collaborate with the production team to help manage the calendar and project schedules, support documentation, and help organize office and team events.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years in professional work experience
• Strong self-sufficient troubleshooter that is detail and results oriented, comfortable with collaboration, and documentation
• Demonstrate organizational skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse groups in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance is required
