Job Summary
The Marketing Communications group oversees all of the company’s advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications.
Our team is looking for a marketing communications professional to provide day-to-day coordination and support across our consumer marketing with a focus on creative content. In this role, the Brand Content Manager will support an established team of Brand Managers, Strategists, and Functional Producers who work across many teams (Retail, Channel, Interactive, Events, Video, PR, and Packaging) to help develop and execute integrated marketing communications efforts.
Key Qualifications
- You have 5–6 years of experience in marketing communications, account management, or a related role — agency or in-house marketing communications experience is a plus.
- You are deeply organized, with rigorous attention to detail and strong follow-through on tasks.
- You are self-motivated, flexible, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are enthusiastic, inquisitive, and team-oriented, with a strong desire to learn the creative development process from experienced brand leaders.
- You have expertise in managing the creative development process across a variety of communication vehicles, including interactive, print, and PR.
- You have the ability to establish rapport, credibility, and trust across teams in a highly matrixed organization.
- You have exposure to or experience managing creative development across a variety of communication vehicles, including interactive, print, video, retail and channel.
- You can balance working in a fast-paced, creatively driven environment with a detail-oriented, organized approach.
Description
- You will support members of the brand team and functional teams to execute the strategic and creative development of integrated marketing deliverables.
- You will help track schedules, deliverables, and approvals across the creative development process, flagging issues early so the team stays on schedule.
- You will support the Brand Managers in preparing materials for creative reviews, presentations, and stakeholder alignment.
- You will help maintain processes and documentation to track legal clearances, usages, and placements of key assets across marketing touch-points.
- You will assist in coordinating communications between Product Marketing, content teams, and functional partners (Retail, Channel, Interactive, Events, Video, Packaging, PR).
- You will support launch and sustaining campaign efforts by helping manage logistics, timelines, and cross-functional check-ins.
- You will act as a first point of contact for routine coordination needs, escalating content concerns to the brand team as appropriate.
