The Advertising (Ad) Team oversees advertising activities worldwide, and is the bridge between Marcom and advertising agency, Media Arts Lab (MAL) and OPMG (Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group). We partner with many internal groups, including Finance, Legal, Product Marketing, Channel Partner Communications, Interactive, Retail and Education. We also maintain positive relationships with our and MAL international offices. Developing and fostering productive partnerships is an essential requirement of every member of our team.

Description 

In the Ad Manager role, you will be responsible for strategic oversight and leading the creative development and production for all global advertising initiatives. You will partner with Marcom and MAL teams to lead, develop, and execute integrated advertising efforts. You are a strategic and data-driven marketer with proven experience managing integrated full funnel campaigns, large-scale social media campaigns and performance marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Developing and implementing our creative across channels to support integrated efforts across advertising and social, including review and routing of concepts to ensure quality and accuracy from a legal and product perspective.  
  • Driving project timelines with team from strategic development through creative development, production and delivery.
  • Partnering with international offices on Geo-originated creative and localization strategies.
  • Leading confidential launch initiatives while working to maintain security and secrecy through the duration of the project.
  • Managing production budgets and monitoring POs to ensure projects are on track and within budget. Partner closely with Finance to provide ongoing updates on the status of production to ensure proper financial reporting.
  • Communicating with relevant groups (PR, Channel Partner Communications, and Interactive) throughout to ensure they are kept up to date on the progress of our ads, have all necessary materials, and are aligned with our work and the journey after people engage with our creative in media.  
  • For MAL-originated campaigns, you will manage the day-to-day relationship with the MAL account team and help see creative through development from briefing to delivery. For Marcom-originated campaigns (in-house), you will partner with internal teams to develop creative from briefing to delivery. 

Key Qualifications 

  • At least 15+ years of Advertising or Creative Agency and/or Brand experience
  • Proven experience leading fully integrated marketing campaigns for major brands or top-tier agencies, with a strong passion for digital-first initiatives
  • Expertise in paid digital media creative development for building brand affinity as well as driving action (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Experience working on global brands with a focus on localization knowledge and launching bespoke creative in international markets
  • Deep expertise in developing creative for various social platforms
  • Effective decision maker with excellent project and time management skills
  • Ability to organize information quickly and at a high level to address potential roadblocks and define the best way forward
  • Deep cultural curiosity and connectedness, including extraordinary communication skills.
  • Can establish trust, credibility, and influence across multiple partners in a highly matrixed organization.  

Education 

A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.
