Digital Artist - Animator
Job Summary
The Digital Artist - Animator develops CG images using Photoshop and 3D software. They will participate in creating hard surface modeling, texturing/lighting, rigging, animating and compositing and refining in Photoshop.
Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate ideally has a passion for work in the creative and design field. He or she has experience with 3D modeling and rendering and animation tools, this could include VRay, Maya, Nuke, Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
Presentation work is typically done within small teams under tight deadlines, so strong communication skills are required, as is coolness under pressure, resourcefulness, ingenuity in solving problems, dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and cope with rapid change. Not least, the candidate is dedicated to high standards of quality.
Candidate will have strong communication, writing, presentation, social and creative skills. This role often works with external groups or departments. Because of that it is important that the candidate collaborate well with different roles and levels in their organizations. They should be analytical and help to solve complex issues using artistic concepts and solutions. They should also be a self-starter and ready to deal with the sometimes ambiguous nature of project management.
