Team Summary
The Video Production team within Marcom is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of Apple's video-based communications — spanning commercial advertising, Keynote Event Content Films, social video, and documentary content. The team partners closely with Senior Producers and cross-functional Marcom groups to deliver world-class video content across global platforms.

The Associate Producer supports the Video Production team by managing project tracking, maintaining department schedules, and coordinating production
logistics — assisting Senior Producers across all phases of production from development through final delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain active project status across multiple simultaneous productions, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Own and update the department's master production schedule, communicating changes proactively to Producers and cross-functional partners.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics for production crews, cast, and Marcom staff in collaboration with Senior Producers.
  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain production documentation including call sheets, shoot schedules, production reports, crew deal memos, and wrap documents.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating production meetings, capturing key decisions, and following up on action items to ensure forward momentum.
  • Liaise with production companies, vendors, and crew on behalf of Senior Producers to support seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Safeguard confidential project information, handling sensitive materials and creative assets with the utmost discretion.

Minimum Qualifications
Candidates who do not meet all minimum qualifications listed will not move forward to interview.

  • 5+ years of hands-on production experience at a commercial production company, advertising agency, or in-house marketing/creative services department.
  • Demonstrated experience tracking projects and managing production schedules across multiple simultaneous productions in various stages.
  • Proven ability to prepare and maintain production documentation including schedules, production forms, and travel logistics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface clearly and professionally with all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Senior Producers on large-scale commercial, brand, or event video productions.
  • Familiarity with Apple's Marcom creative standards, brand voice, and production workflows.
  • Experience coordinating production travel logistics for crews domestically and internationally.
  • Proficiency with production management and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to anticipate upstream production challenges and proactively develop solutions without disrupting the creative process.
  • Experience across a variety of video formats including commercial advertising, live events, social content, or documentary.
  • Resourcefulness in identifying new crew and vendor resources within the production community.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
