Description:

Our Creative Technology Group (CTG) is a frontier research and development studio and our mission is to explore emerging technologies and prototype forward-thinking experiences that advance our company's global marketing communications. This innovative, multi-disciplinary team works together to drive innovation in rapidly evolving fields such as spatial experiences, real-time 3D, and Artificial Intelligence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring groundbreaking ideas to life.

Description

As a Software Developer via contract, you will be responsible for developing technology that drives innovation in interactive experiences across multiple platforms, with a focus on emerging technologies such as generative AI. Your time in the studio will be spent collaboratively researching, writing code, prototyping, presenting, and debating ideas. You’ll be responsible for discovering and developing new research, educating and driving adoption of emerging technologies in internal workflows and new customer experiences. Your clear vision of the future of design and technology will inspire our team and others to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience developing world-class interactive product experiences, using a deep understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Quickly grasp and distill highly complex, ambiguous concepts of nascent technologies in collaboration with engineers and designers and turn them into production-ready, delightful software experiences.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Swift, with demonstrated experience shipping macOS or iOS applications.
  • Knowledge of MLX or comparable on-device ML frameworks (Core ML, PyTorch, JAX), including how models are loaded, quantized, and served.
  • Experience integrating LLMs or generative AI models into production software, including tool calling, agentic workflows, RAG, constrained decoding, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating original interaction designs and high-fidelity prototypes that push the boundaries of what native applications can feel like.
  • A diverse portfolio demonstrating proficiency in web and native platform development, including projects utilizing generative AI.
  • Familiarity with web development at scale, including modern JS/TS frameworks, server-side rendering, or internal-platform tooling used by hundreds of users.
  • Ability to cut through ambiguity and find a path forward despite uncertainty.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence while advocating for your ideas.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
