Senior Content Strategist
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in content strategy or related fields.
- Deep understanding of content strategy including content models, hierarchy, formats, SEO, etc.
- Experience with complex, long-term digital transformation initiatives.
- Fluent in leveraging analytics and insights to inform content strategy, develop KPIs and measure performance.
- Skilled at crafting strategies for different platforms (ex/websites, social), and across platforms (ex/digital and in-store).
- Ability to interrogate briefs, understand the fundamentals of an ask and deliver a thoroughly pressure-tested, clearly articulated position.
- Experience in connections planning or working with connection planners.
- Experience working closely with Creative and UX teams to bring strategic objectives to life.
- Proven leadership skills required to successfully advocate for work across diverse, cross-functional teams.
Description
- Develop interactive content strategy, based on how content serves both customer and business needs.
- Craft and evolve deliverables such as content audits, content maps, content hierarchies and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gain a deep understanding of business context, historical performance and market insights in order to position the work.
- Support integration of content across platforms to deliver comprehensive digital experiences.
- Work cross-functionally to develop common language and a shared understanding of success.
- Work with teams to assess progress towards content goals, realigning as needed.
- Partner with internal teams to leverage existing content while assessing need for development of new content based on new opportunities.
