Description:

The Screen Producer drives creation and delivery of screen imagery to support functional creative needs and intent while balancing production capacity and control of scope, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of UI across product imagery for the entire Marcom studio. You will maintain a close partnership with the Human Interface (HI) team to facilitate collaboration in order to solve for creative intent within the marketing imagery. You will then lead the production of screen images by working  with Creative and Production teams to plan, inform, track, and drive deadlines for new and existing screens. 

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible, and highly collaborative. Strong analytical, problem

solving, and negotiation skills are required. They should be highly skilled in production and

interested in new, innovative approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • A firm understanding of the creative process and the nuances of image creation in order to accurately evaluate timelines as scoped by internal and external partners.
  • Sync priorities and timelines across Creative Development, Print, Motion Production, HI, and Interactive.
  • The skills to learn and cope with rapid change and ambiguity, be able to move forward without knowing all the pieces, all while maintaining a superb attention to detail.
  • Be able to prioritize and meet deadlines while juggling many projects at once.
  • Track image production status and provide weekly/daily status updates.
  • Accountable for risk management and formal route to escalation.
  • Receive, compile, confirm accuracy, and distribute pertinent project information to appropriate
  • parties.
  • Communicate effectively with Creative and Production Vendor teams.
  • Keep current with emerging technologies while constantly evolving the process for efficiencies.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Good judgement with an aptitude to manage projects through diplomacy.
  • Capacity to exercise independent discretion and work autonomously.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and socialize sound solutions which consider objectives and implications.

  • Experienced with guiding and shaping the production process across a variety of media.
     

Experience:

  • 10+ years as a Producer, in an agency or in-house corporate creative production environment.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and AfterEffects

Additional Design Systems Responsibilities and Technical Requirements:

  • Own the briefing and tracking of all screen creative needs for all functional teams.
  • Build close relationships with the HI team to learn all aspects of the software.
  • Support the day-to-day screen production process, including tracking, quality assurance, course correction, and delivery.
  • Direct the Screen Content Program Manager on daily screen production priorities and needs.
  • Use your in-depth knowledge to both demonstrate new software features to partners within Marcom and to contribute user interface guidance to the Marcom studio, including the Design teams.
  • Provide guidance for the imagery requested by functional teams specific to each project as well as on accuracy and/or approval routes. 

Education 

A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
