The marketing communications group is responsible for developing breakthrough marketing campaigns that incorporate all communications disciplines. As a designer working on projects with the Interactive Experiences team, you will collaborate closely with creative and technical teams to design thoughtful and elegant customer experiences. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong design sensibilities, and exceptional attention to detail, with a solid understanding of user experience principles. The candidate should be proficient in working within brand and design guidelines and apply systematic design approaches.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in design – including web, mobile or app design.
- Expertise in Sketch, Photoshop, and similar design tools.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both creative and technical teams.
- Ability to create simple prototypes that convey states, motion, and behaviors for interactive concepts.
- Experience delivering high quality design solutions with input from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Understanding of front-end web and mobile development, including HTML, CSS, iOS, and related technologies.
- Portfolio showcasing your design thinking, expertise, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, creative environment while maintaining high quality design standards – excels in time management.
Description:
- Create designs that align with project goals, creative direction, and our design standards.
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and the larger project team to explore concepts and iterate on design layouts.
- Prepare for creative reviews by presenting work on-screen or through on-device prototypes.
- Consult with technical teams to ensure designs work within constraints and that files include all necessary details to support the design intent.
- Deliver final hand-off files with complete design specs, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Review final deliverables with a detailed eye, ensuring flawless layout, imagery, and typography.
Education:
- Degree preferred but not required
