Producer - Motion Production
Job Summary
The Producer will partner with the Design Team, Brand, PM, Retail, Channel, Event and other XF teams teams to produce CG motion content for various worldwide touchpoints. Producers liaise with internal production teams, external production companies, design and VFX studios, music & sound design houses. Producer is responsible for creating schedules, procuring and evaluating budgets/bids and partnering with business affairs to determine music and talent usage. They establish production workflows, track a multitude of deliverables and ensure highest quality control through the process. Producers archive and wrap projects upon their completion.

Key Qualifications
- You have at least 7+ years of experience in a producer position at an agency, commercial production company, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department.
- You have relationships with the production community that bring an in-depth knowledge of resources, crew, and production vendors.
- You work with both the most established talent in the industry and discover new alternatives.
- You are a flexible team player, capable of working with a variety of teams in the organization and the ability to articulate production needs from partners to keep the project on track.
- You have excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- You are able to organize, track, QC and deliver multiple files.
- Familiarity with post-production workflows (editing, animation, VFX) and media formats (specs, codecs). You have a firm understanding of animation methodologies and high level of proficiency working with creative and technical teams.
- Comfortable presenting to leadership both within Marcom and to outside partners.
- Proven track record of partnering with creative to influence production needs while considering the creative vision.
- You are able to problem solve for un-anticipated changes.
- You understand the voice and aesthetic and can shape creative work that meets the organization’s expectations.
Description
The Motion Production team partners with the Design Team to bring their creative vision to life in a multitude of touch points throughout Apple Retail Stores, Channel partner stores, various online and social media outlets. We manage end-to-end original CG animation production, on time and within budget
Education:
Bachelor's Degree is recommended
QUALIFICATION/ LICENSURE :
- Preferred years of experience : 10+ Years
- Travel Required : No travel required - Hybrid / Onsite 3 days p/wk Tues-Thurs
- Business Day Timings: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
