Job Summary
The Marcom LA team within Services Marketing is looking for an experienced, self-motivated and organized individual to evolve and support the department’s production operations function. This role looks across the department’s production operations efforts and comes up with processes and roadmaps, and executes.
The ideal candidate has a strong drive to improve efficiency, process and overall functionality of tools and processes in use and in development. Partners with the Production Ops Managing Producer to drive the development and execution of production operations initiatives - including process design, tooling strategy and department-wide workflow standardization. The ideal candidate is an agency veteran who has navigated the full complexity of integrated, multi-channel production and is ready to bring that operational depth to an in-house environment
Key Qualifications
- 10+ yrs as a producer or creative project manager at a production studio, agency or brand
- Proven experience managing the full production lifecycle across integrated, multi-channel campaigns — including static, motion, digital, OOH, and/or social assets — from brief through final delivery
- Experience with Apple Suite of tools (Keynote, Pages, Numbers) and external platforms such as AirTable
- Strong understanding of the creative process for various marketing assets coupled with an aptitude for operations, workflow, processes, and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator who is able to work with all levels of producers and cross-functional teams.
- Extremely organized with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proven track record of building and scaling processes from the ground up, meeting deadlines and proactively identifying areas for improvement. Comfortable with ambiguity and has a passion for learning new things, curious to learn and solve problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with specs for static and motion deliverables across a range of marketing formats and platforms.
- Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Confident to make decisions on their own when needed and able to explain their reasoning
- Able to anticipate change and react efficiently & expeditiously in an environment with evolving priorities.
- Curious and resourceful with the ability to quickly absorb terminology, processes, and workflows.
- Approaches challenges with a solutions-first mindset and thrives in ambiguous, evolving environments.
Description
- Collaborate with producers to develop a workflow and tool for building and maintain deliverables in AirTable. Comfortable working with large spec datasets from intake, to QA, to routing for approvals and comfortable with data organization management.
- Drives initiative execution through developing and executing internal assignments, project timelines and recaps. Balances multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail.
- Works with team to develop and maintain department templates and partners with Managing Producers on various department standardization efforts.
- Supports process development, documentation and trainings. Effectively consolidates team and user feedback and input.
- Partners with project management and ops teams on shared priorities around tools and systems.
This is a hybrid-onsite role.
Hours may fluctuate on project needs.
