Job Summary
The Marcom LA team within Services Marketing is looking for an experienced, self-motivated and organized Production Ops coordinator. This role serves as a coordinator across the department’s production operations efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong drive to improve efficiency, process and overall functionality of tools and processes in use and in development. Supports the Director of Production and Production Ops Manager with all aspects of coordinating and executing internal projects.
Key Qualifications
- 5-7 yrs as a production coordinator or creative project manager at a production studio, agency or brand
- Experience with Apple Suite of tools and external platforms such as AirTable
- Strong understanding of the creative process for various marketing assets coupled with an aptitude for operations, workflow, processes, and administrative duties.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator who is able to work with all levels of producers and cross-functional teams
- Extremely organized with keen attention to detail
- Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage and organize high volumes of information in a dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative. Comfortable with ambiguity and as a passion for learning new things, curious to learn and solve problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with specs for static and motion deliverables
- Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Confident to make decisions on their own when needed and able to explain their reasoning
- Able to anticipate change and react efficiently & expeditiously in an environment with evolving priorities.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly absorb terminology, processes, and workflows
- Brings a “can-do” attitude for all situations, no task too big or too small to handle
Description
- Collaborate with producers to build and maintain deliverables tool in AirTable. Comfortable working with large spec datasets from intake, to QA, to routing for approvals.
- Support in scheduling, prioritizing, and tracking internal assignments and project timelines and recaps. Balances multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail.
- Work with team to develop and maintain department Keynote templates, and assist with various department standardization efforts
- Support process development, documentation and trainings. Effectively consolidates team and user feedback and input.
- Partner with project management and ops teams on shared priorities around tools and systems.
This is a hybrid-onsite role.
Hours may fluctuate on project needs.
