Hardware Producer
Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience supporting creative production teams.
- Experience with creative Computer Graphic (CG) methodologies across a variety of tools, induing Maya, Nuke, and Photoshop. Solid familiarity with 3D digital workflows as they relate to 2D stills image creation, CG animation and 3D Asset creation.
- A creative eye and experience partnering with CG vendors and artists.
- Ability to partner effectively with Marcom Brand teams and track all product imagery following Product Art Director and Brand guidelines.
- Ability to maintain relationships with key external stakeholders in Product Design (PD) as it relates to understanding product development and be able to speak knowledgeably to its representation in Marketing materials.
- Have a passion for building new process and structure to support the creative process and ultimately optimize day-to-day workflow specifically when it comes to still deliverables across multiple teams.
- Have the ability to learn and cope with rapid change, deal with ambiguity, and move forward without knowing all the pieces.
- Have a firm understanding of the creative process and the ability to work through and communicate timelines between creative and production partners. Be able meet deadlines and actively prioritize many different projects at once.
- Strong communication - written, presentation, and social skills.
- Have the ability to build relationships and collaborate with different roles and levels.
Description:
- Partner with the Product Art Director (Product AD) for your product category.
- Manage the briefing, creation, and timely delivery of product imagery to functional teams.
- Set up and lead creative reviews of the product imagery from initial development through creation and delivery, internally and with external vendors.
- Be the critical partner with the Product ADs to assess and highlight artistic issues with product imagery ahead of reviews.
- Support the Product AD, helping them prepare for kickoffs, handoffs, reviews, and deliveries.
- Drive project schedules based on cross-functional and launch needs.
- Proactively collate and share information with key Marcom stakeholders.
- Participate in planning efforts and future thinking.
