Producer, Animation


Job Summary:
The Producer, Animation is primarily responsible for overseeing schedule, and animation production and being the internal point of contact for our internal and cross functional partners, including Motion Production: Retail, Channel and Events, Video Production, Keynote, Interactive, and a variety of internal projects.
They will work with teams of animators and collaborate with producers, and creative leads to achieve deadlines and project goals within budget and schedule. They should have familiarity with animation and design software, including Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Cinema 4D and Maya, and be comfortable with 2D/3D animation workflow


Responsibilities

• Define, run, and own the scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule)
• Scope and analyze timelines and technical requirements
• Coordinate animation localization including QC of deliverables for broadcast, web, retail and channel platforms
• Ability to produce and deliver large scale packages for different screen sizes and resolutions.
• Be comfortable in situations involving vague goals and processes
• Problem solve, be responsible and flexible to evolving nature of projects and digital mediums.
• Lead and inspire teams by communicating goals for the project
• Promote and participate in the continuous improvement of structure, processes and tooling to enable the team to deliver high quality products.

Qualifications:
You ideally have at least 10+ years of experience at a design or animation studio, in-house advertising agency, or in-house commercial production company.

You are highly organized, analytical and able to solve complex issues and be proactive to achieve goals. Your work will be done within small teams under tight deadlines, so strong communication skills are required, as is calmness under pressure, resourcefulness, ingenuity in solving problems, dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and cope with rapid change.


Education:
Bachelor's Degree is recommended

Travel Required : No travel required - Hybrid / Onsite 3 days p/wk Tues-Thurs 
Business Day Timings: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
