The Marcom Packaging Research & Development Print Strategy and Planning Team ensures success in enabling our aesthetic and environmental goals for our packaging using new technologies, materials and processes. The Program Manager is responsible for collaboratively managing development activities including coordinating testing, reviews and fostering a seamless hand off to project teams in a fast-paced high pressure environment.
Key Qualifications
You have 8+ years project management experience in premium consumer packaging. You are comfortable to drive day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives. We look to you to enable the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process. Use your knowledge of printing processes to steer the team around pitfalls and direct activities and resources toward success. Collaborate and facilitate communication across Marcom, Operations, Environmental and our OEM partners to meet very aggressive cost, schedule, and quality goals. Apply your project management skills, to resolve issues in a timely manner and provide clear and tailored communication of status to various steak holders including executive management. Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience. Self-motivated and dedicated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities. Ability to work in a high-pressure dynamic environment. Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity.

Education
Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging and Print, preferred.
