The Ad Producer will be responsible for leading the creative development and production process for Activations and Social projects. You will develop and implement advertising across multi channels partnering with Creatives & Producers in the development of best-in-class creative concepts, and ensure quality and accuracy from a Legal, Media, and Strategy perspective. You will liaise with agency partners to ensure timely delivery of all creative assets and keep all working teams apprised of changes to plans or specs. You will communicate with relevant groups to ensure they are kept up to date on the progress of our comms, have all necessary materials, and are aligned with our work. You are a strategic and detail-oriented with proven experience driving creative modern thinking.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of creative across channels
- Review and routing of concepts to ensure quality and accuracy from a Legal and product perspective
- Sourcing and extracting insights and information for creative opportunities
- Agency partner liaison
- Manage production budgets
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of production experience in an Advertising or Creative Agency and/or Brand
- Produced and launched 360 advertising campaigns on global brands
- Strong and passionate about modern creativity
- Driven production workflows, creative shares, and schedules across multiple teams, amongst internal/external cross-functional partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Understand the modern media landscape and the type of creative that resonates across platforms
- Balance working in a fast-paced, creatively driven organization applying strong work ethic
- Project and time management skills are excellent, you learn fast, and can accommodate rapid change
- Excellent communication and project management skills and strategic thinker
- Ability to quickly problem solve, address potential roadblocks and define the best way forward with rigorous attention to detail
